Our objective is to plan and control our activities in such a manner as to have the minimum effect on the well-being of anyone, either directly or indirectly employed, visitors, or members of the public. e.g. Our machinery is equipped with the latest safety guarding. Adequate resources will be made available for the planning, provision and maintenance of safe working conditions and a safe system of work.
Health and Safety issues are regarded as responsibilities of great importance for all line managers when preparing for and executing drilling work. The correction of any breach of statutory provision on health and safety will and must have priority. Should staff not take immediate action to meet the required standards, this will be taken seriously and will lead to disciplinary action, as stated within individual employment contracts. Employees are encouraged to discuss any and all safety, health and welfare matters with their manager and seek further advice as they wish.
